Reider Racing Ent. is a full line axle component distributor of 28 major product lines, including high performance ring & pinion gear sets and 20 different types of locking and limited slip differentials. Based in Taylor, MI, Reider Racing handles products manufactured by Precision Gear, US Gear, Auburn Gear, PowerTrax, Dana Corp., TracTech, ARB, Timken, CR Services, Mile Marker, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Ford Motorsports and many more. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best driveline products, technical information and service available in the industry.

As the name suggests, the company has its origin in the racing world. It all started in 1976 when company president Tom Reider was involved in NHRA drag racing and couldn’t find a ring & pinion gear set to meet the needs of his own car. He designed what he needed, had it built and proceeded to win three National Championships. From that single gear set beginning, Reider Racing was formed and went on to make specialty gears sets available for a wide variety of specialty applications, including NASCAR, dune buggies, kit cars, drag cars, light trucks and vans.

Today our customers include, not only, individual do-it-yourselfers, but 4x4 service centers, speed shops, parts stores and driveline facilities throughout the U.S. and around the world. Champions and top competitors from virtually every type of motorsports including all levels of NASCAR, ARCA, SCCA, SCORE & SNORE desert racing, CORR off-road, IHRA & NHRA drag racing, NMCA & NMRA street car racing, mud drags and record setters at Bonneville depend on Reider Racing for their gearing needs.

Since incorporating in 1980, Reider Racing has outgrown four facilities and the current 15,000 sq. ft. location is literally stocked to the rafters. Additionally we have a 5,200 sq. ft. machining and prototype facility that allows for research, development and testing of new products. Today Reider Racing is the nation’s largest specialty distributor of “Gears & Rears” stocking not only all the standard driveline parts but also many of those parts that can’t be found elsewhere

One of the greatest strengths of Reider Racing is the technical knowledge and experience of the Reider Racing technicians. Our heavy involvement in all levels and types of racing provides constant education for the sales techs as to what works and what doesn’t.
